A simplified version of the original Coffee Taster’s Flavour Wheel, designed for everyday coffee drinkers and navigating their way around coffee flavours.Our series takes you on a journey, exploring diverse tasting notes from different origins, processing methods, and roasting profiles.

TASTING, BLENDING AND CUPPING

Coffee blending development involves tasting and cupping to evaluate individual beans’ flavours, aromas, and balance. Cupping highlights the unique characteristics of each origin, allowing roasters to identify complementary profiles. Through blending, different beans are combined to create a harmonious flavour, enhancing complexity, body, and consistency for the perfect cup.

Tutti is a lively blend of Ethiopian and Papua New Guinean coffees. Each roasted at different levels to create a bold, complex, and fruit-charged coffee experience. Bursting with cherry cola, zesty traditional lemonade, and a touch of milk chocolate this blend delivers an unmistakably fruity cup.
